Every year I try and do the Colonix cleanse from Dr.Natura website. It's all natural stuff and it's a 2-3 month thing. It is pricey but I did notice some great changes. It consists of a fiber powder, a tea, and some paranil capsules. If you go to the website, there's alot of testimonies about the products. I like it because it ups my energy levels and does a number on getting my colon clean :)
  • What does "bump" mean?

Bump means a colon cleanse or any other cleanse is pure garbage. Your body is very efficient at doing it's job without trying to scour your insides with crap. Eat lots of fiber, drink water and you'll be just as clean as you need to be.
  • Thanks. Can you tell me what redline means?

A friend of mine did a colon cleanse with her mother-in-law just to make her happy and ended up cleansing out some worms to her surprise.

Colon cleanse. Unnecessary and though it may do no harm, there is a lot more opportunity for it to do harm than there is to do any good (approximately 0% for the latter).

BTW, You know what they say about anecdotal evidence.
