Or prepratoion h... But the results are all water and very temporary... What works best is putting hard work in at the gym or whatever exercise of your choosing... Nothing worth having comes that easy...

Technically, yes, but it isn't a safe or healthy practice. You would be losing water weight and not actual body fat so as soon as you eat or drink anything it will come back. Not to mention how risky it is with dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.

And any weight you lose will come back on as soon as eat or drink anything. All you'd do is become dehydrated.

Sometimes wrestlers do some crazy stupid stuff to make weight for their match. It's not a good weight loss strategy.

This practice is healthy and is used when people are trying to make weight for a competition such as wrestling boxing and sometime bodybuilding competitions once you drink water again the weight comes back. Dehydration may occur when you do this and passing out in the sauna doesn't seem like it would be beneficial.
  • Thanks guys, not going to do this, just wondering if it really works. Out of curiosity, is this equivalent to the "body-wraps" folks are doing these days?

Same thing, just that the wraps cost more. Waste of time and money either way.
