Scared, Afraid, but ready

Give me all the advice you have for strength training. Right now all I have is two 3 pounds dumbbells and 30 barbells. I plan to do this at home only in junction with eating lower calories for weight loss. I need all the advice as possible. Thanks

There is a great program called strong lifts 5x5 that you should look into.
It is simple and fun.
