I hear alot that your speed of your weight loss decreases as you lose, has anyone found the weight loss (speed) to increase with time? Stay consistent? Thx.

It's going to vary somewhat from person to person but, generally, the less you have to lose, the more slowly you lose it (if you do so in a "healthy" manner).

From personal experience, I lost consistently from the beginning but in smaller increments as I got closer to my goal, which was by design.
When I had a ton to lose, I had my goal set to an aggressive 2lbs/week and lost right around that pretty consistently. As I got closer to my goal, I adjusted my caloric intake (the less you weigh, the fewer calories you are allotted unless your activity levels change) for a smaller deficit and lost consistently at that (first 1lb/week, then 0.5lb/week).

Mine slowed down to .2 a week for a while there. I was eating at like 200 cal deficit or so.
