I still haven't figured out my *magic calorie amount. Any advice is appreciated: Week 1: 8,841 weekly/1263 daily average = 4.2 loss, Week 2: 10,229 weekly/1461 daily average = 1.2 loss, Week 3: 10,672/1524 daily average = 3.4 loss, Week 4: 10,742/1534 daily average = 0.6 loss. MFP has recommended anywhere from 1200-1290 daily. I exercise 6 times a week, average of 30 minutes. Lite strength train 2 1/2-3 times a week, 30 minutes. My TDEE: 3009, BMR: 1997. According to iifym,com I need 2303 daily to loss "reckless" weight. I don't eat clean, my main focus is portion control as well as making better choices. I also have eliminated soda/juices, except coattail juices. I also drink 6-8 cups of water daily.
