Great advice. BTW I'm at 50 lbs and I can do 5 reps upper, squats about 10 reps. I only lift about 1-2 a week though ,in short sessions, but I do alot of free squats weekly. I don't see myself surpassing 100 lbs, by choice. I think I will just focus on increasing reps. Not sure if my plan is beneficial or not, I guess the…

I feel like I wrote this post too! I just figured at the end of the day to see faster results I have to stay focused more on the weekend, and once I reach maintaining, I will be able eat more. Maybe eating what you want more on the weekends but pre logging might help ?

I think this was a good example . Seems like you would be able to feel the difference between loose skin and fat. Loose skin should look and feel thin. Also this statement is not always true, I'm 5.5'5 and at 168 pounds I'm about 7/8 without stomach fat, I can prove one day soon lol. Just saying not everyone holds weight…

Op great job, there are probably something's you can do to increase your weight lose speed, like measuring food to be sure you are eating within your calorie goals, maybe lowering or even increasing your calorie intake, increasing cardio or adding strength training. I will say "they" say, consistent and slow is best.....so…
