why are people freaking out about someone wasting food? did you buy it for them? are they on public assistance and spending your tax dollars on the food they wasted? Its their money and their food they can do whatever they hell they want to with it.

thanks for those answers... it was getting to be a little discouraging I decided to get in better shape and all i'm hearing is about how i get too much sodium and sugar when my trainer would look at my MFP logs
