I'm not eating surplus however I'm starting to see my body change for the better. I'm starting to see some muscle defination in my arms and calfs.

You can add me I was a heavy smoker for 25 years. I have quit smoking for 15 months and counting. I'm also trying to loose about 50 lbs. I just turned 40 in November and I'm ready to loose some weight.

I'm just trying to count calories and stay away from white food( rice pasta potato ). I'm going to the gym 5-7 days a week. You need to do some weight training to gain muscle. Which will make you look firmer. You can google different types of training exercises.

I love egg whites with veggies and salsa. I can't eat oatmeal it makes me want to eat all day long.
