I had the same issue. Last week I downloaded a few free I phone apps with workouts on them so i can't just make up what I want to do randomly. For some reason it's working for me. I stay focused and I'm always trying to out do my last workout. My favorite so far is the Jefit app. I hope it helps.

He was never a friend. I met him at the gym. Yeah I hate the comments also. I guess because I'm trying to put on muscle and not worry about being "skinny " it bothers me more then it should.

That's funny! I'll have that image in my head tomorrow while working out. Lol he's never in the weight area unless he's passing through. Free weights are the safty zone. Thank goodness lol

Umm! He's been going there for years and I'm guessing he didn't loose a ton of weight sweating it out on on one of those bike things with the huge seat. I feel your pain. Lol. I changed my routine up and now I'm sleeping on ice packs and heating pads. Lol hobbling around and grunting like some crazy unknown creature. I hope this doesn't last to long. Good luck! Keep moving just sitting around usually makes things worse.

I'm 41 yrs old 5'5" or 5'6" I'm not sure I need to measure myself. LOL I weigh 138-142 depending on the day. I'm in a size 4 jean and medium shirts. I'm ok with being a size 4 but I still have body fat to loose and I love lifting weights.( I'm hooked) So who knows where I'll end up once I reach my goals.

I love lifting weights. I'm no heavy lifter yet by any means but I'm giving it a go. At first I felt like a freak. I don't usually see any woman lifting at our gym and when they are it's 5-10 lbs weights. It took a while for me to feel comfortable. One thing that helped was keeping a regular schedule. I strongly suggests anyone to add weights to your exercise program. Lift as heavy as you can safely. You should see a big difference.
