I sucked it up and did squats in the rack. Apparently it was my form because I didn't have any trouble doing them. Thanks for the help.

I'm not trying to spot reduce. I'm trying to build muscle. I guess your exercise suggestion explains why I have these issues. I've been avoiding squats. They were really hurting my knees. I'm going to give it a try again now that I'm in better shape.

I suggest you keep doing as heavy weights as you can. I went from size 12 to size 8 in five weeks. I'm still over weight at 5'6" 166 but my clothes are getting smaller. I'm sure my weight will work it's way down more. Keep up the good work.

I do the ellipitical and weights. At first I was focusing on cardio. Now I focus on weights and add cardio. I don't focus as much on the scales any more. I'm had the same problem until I built up muscle. It would totally kill my neck. I started doing them on an exercise ball it kept my neck from hurting.

I find doing weights and cardio help me. I lost 12 lbs and a pant size.

That was a long time ago I don't think my knees were locked. I have a hard time standing still. It was real hot out. Yeah my husband is a marine retired now. They make them not lock there knees during formation. I've watched a few drop like flys. I think that lowers your blood pressure but I'm not sure.

I know I sweat more then most I noticed that around age 10 or so. I would defiantly not get Botox in my arm pits. Even though I'm usually the sweatiest person in the gym. As of right now I'm lifting as much weight as I can while completing reps of eight. Once I can do the same weight but do 12 reps I up the weight. I'm not sure if it's the proper way to train but that's how I'm doing it at the moment.
