Same as the above poster, size matters! I absolutely could not do even one at first, but I figured out if I keep my shoulders, arms, and back tight, I can control the stability. After I got that down, it was one of the best ab exercises! Don't give up! Slow down and work on your form

WOW. i commend you. if i don't get my workout in during the day, i usually have no choice but to do it after my 11 month old goes to bed at night. by that time, sleep is much more appealing. but you have a great point

ive heard that the "make sure you drink 8 cups of water" thing is a myth.. and just that you need an adequate amout of fluid, which could be anything. i just got this off the Mayo Clinic site: "Everyone has heard the advice, "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day." That's about 1.9 liters, which isn't that different…

i just got one! its definitely a great way to get your veggies in.. there's plenty of things you can do to make it taste better too if you find it a bit tart. i had my first veggie drink the other day and i just drank it with a straw. i can never get myself to eat veggies so this is a good fix for me. i highly reccomend it!

WELL. It's impossible to target one specific area to loose weight. Your best bet is to decrease your overall body fat percentage. I'm DETERMINED to get a 6 pack! From my research, I've learned that you can do countless sit ups, but you won't see any results unless you do any sort of cardio. The muscle might be there, but…
