Maybe add some lifting exercises to your sports training, either in the same workout or split up within the day. No lifting program can be effective with a once a week workout. 3 days a week is optimal, but I'm not sure how that could interfere with your other training. Coincidence it's 4:20 long? :p But really, not everyone is THAT guy. Some people actually use it for medical conditions. ADHD, insomnia, depression... Just to name a few. You don't need to be out of your mind obnoxious just because you're high, though some people like to take it that far.

No worries, get someone to teach you proper form. Weight shouldnt be added until you get the movements down. Once you got it, it's all you! The fun begins and you don't have to worry about what the "meatheads" think. You'll be more focused on your workouts

A calorie deficit= weight loss. The tea can aid in those efforts by replacing something else. I like to drink (hot) tea because I find it helps me curb cravings. However the tea itself does not directly impact your weight loss efforts

Myofusion Trutein Optimum Nutrition Depends on your budget I suppose. Better taste= higher price for the most part. I like Optimum Nutrition and I get it from bodybuilding.com. I always check the calories to protein ratio. Some brands have extra carbs and fats for the taste
