New Rules of Lifting for Women Stage 3 Question

so I just started stage 3, and I just took a picture of the workout sets because I was in a hurry, and so there are 3 sets for each thing, so what i'm wondering is most of the things are like one sided, so you do your left side and then your right side, so for 2 sets you just do 1 side then the other, but for 3 I was confused, I was presssed for time so I only did 3 sets in total, so like left, right left, but are you supposed to do each side 3 times for a total of 6 sets really? it's confusing

    Finish your reps and then do the other side. There's a group you can join specifically for this book
