I enjoyed this post. I have been upping/decreasing my cals over the past few weeks and was estimating 1350-1400 dependant on exercise. This formula puts me at 1332 cals per day without exercise so yay :) thanks

It does allow freedom of speech as everyone has their own opinions. But then again MFP is not all about weight... Its about health. Some people are also on here to gain weight, or recovering from ED's etc... Unhealthy ideals shouldn't be supported, it's not in anyone's best interest.
