How is everyone logging their shred workouts on MFP? I log as calisthenics vigorous effort, but I am just wondering if that is what everyone else is doing too? Thanks and good luck to you all!

I'll do the challenge! Ive been doing the 30 day shred since January. I took a few weeks off and I am back on it again! started level 2 a few days ago. Im planning to do it for the next 30 days anyway! Good luck everyone!!! :)
