down 1.6 lbs this week. Kind of dissapointed that it wasn't more, but at least I'm losing. When I was on Sparkpeople, my weight loss plateaud for over a month. I've been here for a month and I have lost almost 8 lbs! Love MFP! Keeps me on track!

Today I'm down 6 lbs since starting MFP three weeks ago-but all 6 lbs were lost in the last 2 weeks. For my first week here I actually gained a pound. I didn't start losing until the second week which is when I stopped eating all of my exercise calories back.
