If I'm not working out after breakfast, I have 0% far greek plain yogurt (.75 cup) mixed with fruits (either apple or berries) and 1 tbsp sunflower seeds. Or I can have 0.5 cups of yogurt and 0.25 cups oatmeal (made with water and sweetner) with the seeds and fruits. And I also have 1/2 grapefruit every morning. That works…

Welcome Lisa, you've come to the right place. I'm the kind of person that's always dieting and trying to loose weight, but it's so hard without support! I've found I great support team here and that's really helping me stay on track. I hope it works for you too :) Feel free to add me if you want. Good luck and enjoy the…

I'm on the same boat. I'm a carb lover vegetarian, so it's hard... I've switched to greek yogurt (0% fat) and I also eat 1% fat cottage cheese after working out. Those two things help me get more proteins and fewer carbs. I've changed my goals to 60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat and that's working better for me now.

My calorie goal is 1200 when I don't work out, so my diary may help you. However, I have to warn you: I'm a vegetarian. Feel free to add me if you want

I bought one in amazon for ~5 bucks. It isn't awesome but does the job. The nice thing about amazon are the reviews, many of them are quite useful

I sent you a friend request :) I need to ask a silly question: what is a stone? either in lb or kg...

 Thank you for that!! The only thing I don't completely agree with is that "make tomorrow a productive day"; today isn't over yet, so why wait until tomorrow? My goal weight is around 135 lb, so I still have 15 to go. Totally feasible! Specially having so many great people here.

I've found out that I really feel better when I have healthy foods, I just don't feel grose after eating them. However, I have a serious sweet tooth and I also love pizza, fries, burgers, etc. I try to have those foods on days I work out, so that my calorie count doesn't get out of control, and I'm also picky about them: I…

I tend to get obsessed about working out, and I stop enjoying it, so this semester I'm forcing myself to have at least two rest days (I work out in the mornings, but I have classes on Tue and Thu mornings), and it feels great. Then, I aim to go for a walk/jog or in-line skate one day of the weekend. I think that having at…

Maybe you don't see the results on the scale, but what about your clothes? Maybe you've lost some inches and you don't see a difference in your weight because you're growing muscle? If you're really concerned about a thyroid issue, I'd say go see a doctor. Good luck! :)

My goal for this semester is to work out three times a week in the mornings (on the days I have no morning classes to attend to) and then at least once on weekends (like going for a walk/run with my boyfriend or some friend, or rollerblading). This way, I give my body some days to rest... I can't afford to be super tired…
