So, I've been reading a lot about going paleo/primal, and how great it is. However, it doesn't seem to be easily compatible with vegetarianism... what are your thoughts about this? Have you tried it? (I just can't imagine life without bread and rice...)

I'm no longer overweight!!
As of today, my BMI is 24.9... YAY!! I was looking at myself on the mirror in the gym this morning and for the first time in a long time, I could see a fit person. That made my day. Thanks to all my amazing MFP buddies, you are a great support team!! :D
