sort of a winter NSV

Options
Let me begin by saying that I'm from Argentina (i.e, my winters never had snow), and that I've been living in Michigan (i.e, freaking cold winters!) for almost 18 months.

When I woke up this morning to a below freezing temperature (and snow everywhere), going for a run seemed impossible. However, I decided I am a brave girl, dressed accordingly and went out.

I MANAGED TO RUN OUTSIDE FOR 50 MIN! I ran more than 4.5 miles, and really enjoyed it. I guess I'm toughening up

I'm so happy I'm becoming a runner!!

Just wanted to share... thanks for reading!

Well done! When you have the right gear you can run all year! I run in Scotland and at the moment it's close to 0degrees C so I'm used to the cold! Find it easier to run in winter than in summer and even then it's not what most countries would consider hot lol!!
