Hi! Didn't really make specific goals for January. For February, at least for the rest of the month are 4 hours of cardiac a week, weight training 2x per week. Drink more water.

Anything! This is great stuff. Fruit, honey, stevia. The texture is so smooooth! And it has so much more protein! If plain, you could compare it to really good sour cream. I also made a 'pancake' with it, with an egg white and oat bran and a little vanilla or cinnamon and stevia. Good!

I hear you!! The only way I can do popcorn is buying the little 100 cal bags. When it's gone it's gone.
