                I feel amazing about myself- but by face doesn't get the daily memo along with the 4:15am wake-up call. Still in need of the make-up and mirror- AFTER the gym. :smile:

                I would recommend not using "quick add" calories as much as possible. It doesn't help when it comes to tracking anything other than calories. That could throw you off pretty quickly if that option is used frequently.

                Yup- it's my personal favorite. Double rich chocolate is my favorite (I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk). Mocha cappuccino is also really good.

                I hate doing squats in the mirror. Honestly, I hate doing anything in the mirror at the gym. I look pasty and tired (it's usually between 4 and 5 in the morning and I'm not wearing an ounce of makeup and my hair is *kitten*). But squats are the worst. I turn the other way away from the mirror.

                While I agree that reg. & diet sodas aren't good for you, I've continued to drink diet coke through my weight loss and I've lost damn near 30 lbs. Diet and exercise result in weight loss, not drinking water until you drown. While diet sodas aren't helping the cause, they aren't the only culprit.

                ^^^Agreed. I have a small cupcake business and when I make them for family/friends, I use PB2 if there's peanut butter in the recipe. Not one person has ever noticed.

                Sprinkle some sliced almonds or some unsalted roasted soy beans. Mix with cinnamon and eat with apples. With strawberries/peaches. Mixed in with a salad to cut the amount of dressing needed (my favorite). LOTS of it in lasagna to make it super creamy [i don't use cheese or ricotta]. =)

                Sam Adams Octoberfest. MMMMM. Yuengling makes a pretty good Octoberfest as well. But in the other months of the year, I like Yuengling light and Miller light- calorie friendly.                 I do the same thing when we camp. So, no, I don't think you're crazy. But I do get the "crazy" look when I'm weighing out my oatmeal in the morning at the picnic table while everyone else is downing the bacon and eggs that were cooked in grease over the fire.

                ...and the candy thing is disgusting. And trying way too hard. Too bad she's wasting her money on that and not investing it in to something worthwhile for your kids.
