Don't even get me started on THAT one...

Any of the super perishable foods they don't send out in the warmest months (chocolate, etc.). But, even in Florida, you may run a risk of them melting.... You could just pop 'em in the fridge for a little and still eat them!

I heard sweet rolls with cool whip frosting is a real hit with the family................

I usually take my phone and creep on Facebook. I use it as "me" time once an hour since I soak up water like a sponge.
-
I always do it in Subway salads... I don't know why I never thought about doing it elsewhere. Genius, sir!

^^Agree. I just started month 2 Monday and it definitely is WAY harder than month 1.... But remember the first few days of month 1- it's the same situation. You will get better. I couldn't even finish the 3rd set of the warm-up this morning. And it used to be that way the first week of month 1. But then I got better. My…

Red wine vinegar. Or balsamic vinegar. I'm not a fan of actual FF dressings. You can find tons of recipes for your own dressings online using different vinegars & spices.

Stuffed cabbage soup, garlic grilled chicken breast & roasted brussels sprouts. I'm slightly obsessed with cooking. And the head of cabbage & bag of sprouts in the fridge have been giving me weird looks this week.

Odds are if you're new to working out or you've recently switched programs/routines, it's just soreness. When I did Body Pump years ago I can remember I was miserable the first week. EVERYTHING hurt. The last thing I wanted to do was go to another class when it hurt just to walk, but I powered through it. It goes away with…

This^ and Bodybuilding.com. Their exercise guides are invaluable if you're learning on your own. And when I started deadlifting, I would pick the most credible looking dude in the weight room (that wasn't super busy) and ask him to watch my first few reps and tell me if I was doing anything wrong. As weird as it sounds,…

   Chocolate chips in between layers. And crushed Oreos. Because... why the hell not.

There, fixed it for ya.

I can burn an easy 500 cals doing 40mins of Insanity when I really bust my a$s. All depends on your body type, weight, and how hard you're actually working. Get an HRM to be accurate- I recommend Polar.

I commented way back in the beginning as well sharing my own (real) issues with genetics. Following along with this thread just boosted the disgust factor.
-
I did, thank you. I gear that towards those wining about crap genetics not letting them lose fat where they would like. There are some people in here with a voice of reason, and I thank them for that. Speaking as someone who has true genetic disorders, it's frustrating to see whining about things that aren't true problems…
-
The amount of simplistic whining based on genetics in this thread is disgusting. Try having a TRUE genetic disorder like an autoimmune disease or cancer- then complain about your bra straps making your back look fat.
-
Yes. You just mix it with water to the consistency you want. I eat it on bananas almost everyday for breakfast.

^Exactly what I was thinking coming into this post. I recently found out that I have colon cancer at the age of *25*. And I have to get a portion of my colon removed in the next few months to keep it from killing me. None of which is by any fault of my own <---THAT's what I call crappy genetics. Along with that beautiful…

Many people prefer PB2 because of the reduced calories and fat. Peanut butter is not "bad" for you, it just contains more calories, fat & sugar. I eat PB2 almost everyday, but I am in no way afraid of calories or good fats- I simply use it so that I have more of a calorie & fat allowance for the rest of my day. I've made…
