  • I just recently returned also after being only 20 pounds from goal...now I'm 50 pounds from goal. So I'm with ya! :)
  • I absolutely love crochet, however being sedentary got me in the predicament! So I've set a goal to exercise for every hour I crochet 1:1 ratio! I also joined a gym and got a FitBit to keep me accountable! Hookers Unite! ;)
  • Ahhh! I know the feeling also. I was struggling to lose the last 20 pounds a few years ago..gave up and copped out and now have to lose 50. This time around I joined a gym and got trainer and I'm totally committed no matter how long or how hard and believe me the gym is hard! WE CAN DO THIS! B)

  • I switched from 1% milk to unsweetened almond milk. I actually enjoy it much better and its only 40 calories per cup. The only red meat I eat is an occasional hamburger when Im really craving beef otherwise its veggie burgers, poultry and a little fish. Now if I could just get the nuts out of my life...food and human lol!
