I'm in. I began my weight loss journey last October and was happy to have lost 49lbs. Went from 230lbs and got down to 178lbs. Now I'm struggling with my weight going up and down between 181 to 185. I started taking Phentermine - 37.5 dosage, and have lost 17 lbs since 9/23/2018. I only take half a pill per day. I do not exercise currently, but plan on starting to walk 30 minutes per day beginning this week (been a couch potato for too long). I've lost 10 dozen of large eggs since the beginning of September. Trying to maintain losing around 1- 2 lbs a week. 😊

I tried the"diet thing", in which I cut out sweets, breads, pastas, and alcohol. Lost about 20lbs until I binged out and realized how much I missed the things I once loved. I just started back on my weight loss journey this week. So far, I've lost 1.2 lbs just by cutting out sweets and eating gluten free. Will try to incorporate some exercise in soon, but gotta get out of this couch potato mode... Looking for suggestions.. Thanks to all!!! :smile:
