Count me in!!! I have just started back today on MFP. I am going to aim a little higher than 5 lbs., maybe 8 lbs. I need to get down to my goal weight by Oct. 1, to fit into my wedding dress. We are renewing our vows and it is time for me to get serious. I will weigh in tomorrow!!!

Hi, I am sorry, I had to go to church early this morning and forgot to weigh. I feel like I have gained 10 lbs this week. I have a schedule change for work in the morning so I know I won't get on the scale then. Maybe I just need to step out of this challenge and try for the next one. I will check back in Tues.

Last week 152.8 This week 149.8 I have 2.2 lbs to go to meet this challenge. It could happen but it not I am still glad to finally be out of the 150's. WOO HOO!!!!

Sorry, I haven't been on the computer all week. I have been sick with an upper respiratory infection. I did get on the scale and I gained .2. Not to bad considering I have done nothing but eat and sleep. I promise to do better next week.

Hello to the newbies. I did great with food, water and exercise today. I did 30 DS lev 1 before work. After work I did 2 mile interval on TM, I even made it up to 3 min. Question, is my whole body suppose to hurt when I run?? My new shoes must not be correct because after 1 mile my toes start going numb..

Today, I finally got myself back on track with my eating. Last night I did 2 mile interval on the TM.
