I will shoot for 3000 cal burn this week. I wish my HRM was working I will be a lot of heavy cleaning this week. My weigh in today is 148.8 lbs that is 6.2 lb loss this week. Most of it was water retention, but I will take it. I am soooo HAPPY to see the 140's again..

I started out really good this week but the past few days have been hard to get the fiber. Monday........25 Tuesday........25 Wednesday...25 Thursday........41 Friday..............24 Saturday..........20 Sunday.............21 Not bad for someone who never paid attention to my fiber intake.

Hello all, I know I have been out the past few weeks. I was working crazy hours and couldn't get on here much, then I went on vacation. This week so far I have done awesome, I have doubled my workouts and my fiber. I averaged 24 - 30 grams each day. I will check back in Monday for weigh in.

Weighing in for the week, I am down 2.6 lbs. That is great considering my junk food binge this weekend. Congrats to those who had a loss and let's keep it going to those who didn't now is the day to kick it in. We can do this!!!

Sounds like you got a good burn. I know what you mean about the same 10 lbs. I have been doing that for about 6 months now. I dropped 35 lbs in 3 months and then just yo- yo'ed since. I am determined to get this last 20 lbs off and keep them off.
