I'm in the same boat... I've been plateauing for 2 months (even more). I change things... I change what to eat, how to eat... I change my exercises, I added weights. But it still doesn't work. My weight stuck, so did my measurements. It's sooooo frustrating!!!! But I won't EVER give up!!!! I will break through this plateau!

Hello guys. I was diagnosed with gallstones 2 years ago. But thank God, I have no attacks yet. No attacks, no pain. But sometimes when I starve in an evening I feel bitter taste in my mouth. I'm a little bit confused - at what time should I have my last meal/snack? What is your diet regime, since you have gallstones?

I feel sick when I'm starting to run. Especially in the morning! I can't stand that feeling. So I quit running... I do other exercises like bike, dancing, lifting weights, walking.. And feel good.
