If a mental health professional prescribed anti-depressants, she should take them. To tell someone to just stop taking them is irresponsible and dangerous. It also implies that depression isn't a real disease, which it most definitely is.

Finally able to start back yesterday after a slight shoulder injury not related to exercise.

2 days last week, skipped the weekend and started back yesterday. It may be my hopeful imagination, but I think I can already see some changes in my abs!

I actually started yesterday, but had to take a short break just to make it all the way through. By April 1st, I should be able to do it with no breaks. It's tough!

Definitely! I'm not on a diet per se, just a healthier way of eating. Potato chips are my weakness, so to avoid the temptation, I don't buy them. It's a proven fact, PMS does cause carb cravings, it's not all in your head.
