Just ate some almonds, that got me up to 1220 calories for today. I was a bit low on protein, but I was close to the limit on fat and carbs. Anything that's just calories and protein without fat or carbs that I should eat, or should I just call it a day? According to my calculator, I should be aiming for about 1420…

Thanks for all of the support. I suppose I should have specified that my goal was to get down to between 150-155.. there's still some pudge that I would like to work off. 1000 is probably the wrong number to be going for, though, and I'll try to up it. I'll keep using the calculator and see what it says day to day, and see…
