I gained weight and off pills for a month now. Losing weight as I should due to diet and exercise but now I am getting pimples on my face :(. On the birth control I couldn't lose even with diet and exercise and I was always bloated. My stomach is totally flat after a month now. I can't even imagine that I had a 5 months…

A week has passed and here are my results. I weighed 150 lbs the day I got my bodybugg. I was bloated and today I weigh 147.8lbs and I am still bloated from eating pizza that last two days. I am very glad to see weight loss on high calorie diet so I am going to keep eating just as much. I also lost 2 cms off my tummy and 2…

Yesterday. Another work day. I work 12 hours but also have 3 hours of commute where I cycle 10-15 mins, take train for 40 mins and walk 20-25 mins each way. I have been doing this for the last three months to get some exercise in on work days.
-
A non work day. Did house cleaning, walk to and back from groccery shop 15 mins each way and 30 mins of low impact workout videos.

Insanely awesome transformation.Well done.

I didn't find Shirataki noodles in the store but I found Konnyaku which is what Shirataki noodles are made of. It sure was filling. A bit expensive where I live so I think it will be once a week necessity to lower calories consumed on that day and get a higher deficit. The store said that they sometimes have Shirataki…

Your numbers are awesome. Maybe you are all muscles and you can't lose them unless you are starving. You should get your body fat checked then you will feel better.

You are going to love it. Here are some of my results http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/394625-my-bodybugg-results I got mine five days ago. It sure shows a lot of burn. Today I cleaned my apartment and went for a walk to do groceries and did normal home chores and am slated to have burned about 2600 calories for the…

Congratulations. It will exciting when you will get it. I think it does encourage me to move more so maybe 30% more burn as they promise. Using MFP 30% more loss Using Bodymedia products 30% more loss Using Shirataki noodles 30% more loss :) 90% extra loss.

It tracks bike riding fine. They fixed the problem it had with bike riding with the Version 3. Now it has 4 sensors instead of 3. Some people recommend using it on back of calf for stationary biking and elliptical. When I used it on back of calf on stationary bike it gave me similar burn as the machine says, but we all…

Sure I think I have lost some weight (2 pounds since the day I got my bodybugg, but I guess I was bloated that day) but since I have only had it for 5 days now I am gonna give it a week to do an official weigh in. I will post results as weeks pass by.

The very high burns are from my work days. I am a nurse to just one person and all I have to do is take care of her and some house chores. Not much but apparently it's still a lot. I walk and bicycle a lot. On work out days I do exercise videos of different kinds. I get bored easily or I go out for a run. Haven't started…

@ gdb86:Most likely you will collect enough information in 6 months to not need more feedback, and if you in the future regain weight you can buy one month subscription to see how things are going. People on e-bay also sell subscriptions for much cheaper than the website. Or you can also sell your bodybugg/bodymedia fit…

Bodybugg is the best. I used heart rate monitor before that but bodybugg measures all the time, every movement, every second of the day. Here are some charts http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/394625-my-bodybugg-results?page=1#posts-5433274

Bodymedia will read afterburn and metabolic increase. Here are some charts with my bodybugg. It's also made by bodymedia http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/394625-my-bodybugg-results?page=1#posts-5433274

Mine is public but don't do what I do. I am a very active person so I eat high calories and I cook a big pot of food and eat the same most days of the week- then I treat myself to pizza once a week and maybe a bit of alcohol. Alcohol effects workout a lot so I only drink that if I am planning not to workout the next day.

Eat more, eat less I don't seem to be losing weight so now I just eat more because it's not doing any damage either. I keep myself on a 500 calories deficit but since I burn more than 2500 calories a day total I can eat 2000+ calories a day so I don't mind. I am definitely not gaining. I am keeping track with a bodybugg…

I live in Sweden and Bodybugg doesn't ship international. I got mine from ebay from people that were kind enough to ship international. I paid 208 dollars for mine with a digital display and 1 year subscription. The digital display is awesome because it tells you how you are doing throughout the day. Without a display it's…

Yesterday. Non work day. Did a bit of shopping and ran-jogged-walked for an hour later in the evening. Because I wasn't at work yesterday and wasn't afraid of fainting from undernourishment I could eat a bit less. The calories deficit is high but I am going to use it up for a pizza treat tonight.

I like the video. I do five miles on that one. But I mute her sound and play music instead.

Depends on your weight. I burn 4 calories per minute on that one. I am 147 pounds. Add more or less depending on how much you weigh compared to me.
-
Very nice.

For me it's worth it because I like to eat. Now I can justify why I need to eat because I am very active :). It's also good that I did not try to continue low calories for longer time to slow down my metabolism. My body is smart, so it did make me eat up the extra calories I lacked so that was good. You can see what type…

I don't know how to get the beeps off because mine didn't beep. Yes you can use it for all activities that involve movement. It does drain the batteries fast. When you do some activity for say 60 minutes you can subtract between 1-2 cals per minute off the burn you got because if you did nothing you would still be burning…
