I'm Ellie and a first time mommy to a soon to be 7 month old. Dealt with postpartum depression and gained all my weight back and some... Pregnancy was great as I didn't gain more than 5lbs, it was the depression that got me gaining the weight back
-
Definitely could use the motivation. I've gained all my weight that I lost after dealing with postpartum depression. I'm ready to get back in the game

I just had a daughter almost 7 months ago and the postpartum depression is no joke. I've gained all the weight I've recently lost due to it. I'm here for support, just add me

I have a baby girl who is almost 7 months. I would love to add you and help as I need to lose about 70lbs myself

DEFINITELY a difference. KEEP ON DOING YOUR THING!!!

Basically what everyone has said. Just remwber to not overdo it with cheese, cheese isn't friendly. Making your own tomato or any other base sauce is the way to go. Classic isn't much good, keep in mind of how much sodium is in your ingredients. Its very easy. I have made weat thin crust personal pizza, a bit of cheese…

I think of it in a whole different way. I love eating what I eat... Though I wish I could have that delicious cheesy pizza I tell myself that what I eat is so much better. No one should have a mind set of eating just certain foods, that's not the joy in losing weight. I find it easier if I know what I eat can be portioned…

A good thing to do is basically plan ahead, when grocery shopping, make a list that can be multiplied among yourself and your husband and kids. Make more food during dinner that can last you at least 3-5 days and snack on something that doesn't have to cooked, raw almonds are good, I generally eat only 1 fruit a day...…

This is exactly how I'm looking at it. I've been on a rough path from age 18-20. I lost weight, which I was proud of, but just because you are eating the right amount of calories doesn't mean those calories are good for you. I highly recommend you to make your own food when able to, like many people have said, protein,…

Thanks :D

I actually used to use this site to calorie count since there's an app for it too (still use it here and there.) And I agree they have some delicious recopies :D

Feel free to add me. I'm currently trying to change my habits I'm still at stage 1 of my weight loss goals. Remember to take it one day at a time, to learn from each day. Change something every new day to something better and keep in mind that its a life change, not just a goal we are trying to reach

Perfectly said!
-
That's how I look at it. Strictly for my goals, and to motivate others if needed
-
I strictly use it for my weight loss. Besides the motivation I've gotten on this site, that's about how much I use it. I'm more so into just tracking my food on my phone and then I'm done with the site. Keep a positive attitude :)

You can do it! You do have really nice people on here to help you along the way. I have also been though that (not on here or on any site to be exact) and to be honest I think plenty of people have been through that. Take it one day at a time, a full 24 hours and what you can do to better yourself for that day. That day…

That's AWESOME. You look Great!

Let your body recover first. You won't be able to put your all into your workout when your sick. BUT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
-
You got a lot of people on here who will support you, I am one of them. Start with an open mind and with set a low standard for yourself. This will help you feel accomplished for the tiniest change (which is good) Don't force yourself or your body to something it can't handle, slowly get there. If your starting off…

You look stunning. Like everyone has said keep up the WORK. Perfect example of a motivator :D
