Me: 16 LNS: 2 for past 2 nights. I guess I'm not eating a big enough dinner on my FoK WOE (way of eating) so I'm still hungry late in the evening. So I ate some yummy sourdough 2 nights ago, and some roasted cashews last night. I'll be sure to eat a giant dinner tonight so not eat anything else in the evening. Amanda

Me: 17 LNS: 0 Hanging in strong! A couple days ago, I was putting away dinner/leftovers, and I almost defaulted to popping some into my mouth, you know: clean off the spoon, or whatever that doesn't fit into the Tupperware, etc. But I didn't. Amanda

Me: 14 LNS: 0 It's so weird. Some days/weeks are SO hard for LNS. Other days, it's not even a consideration. These 2 weeks have been no problem. I'm sticking with my Program and it's helping me stay strong with LNS. Amanda

Me: 4 LNS: 7 Streak: 1 Amanda I think the people who are able to get back on track after 1+ LNS are great. After I slip with 1 LNS, I seriously fall off the wagon completely. Let's see if I can finish this month without anymore LNS.

Me: 13 LNS: 1 Amanda Yup, I broke the streak with a BANG! DD made chocolate chip cookies: I had a quarter cookie (they were huge). DH went out for milk, and came home with Talenti mint chip: yup, I had a serving (wasn't that amazing, so I won't splurge again). Watched a movie (Hillbilly Elegy - the book was better), and Iβ¦
