i'm 5'8" i got down to a comfortable uk size 12 and was 147lbs, thats 10 1/2 stone. as i'm big boned that looked good on me, but that was without exercise. best of luck everyone :flowerforyou:

just googled it, tenuate is a diet pill and ketogenic diet is high fat low carbs right? not judging, just wandering what make you decide to go down that route? curious, i'v never heard of it before :flowerforyou:

i'v read that freezing grapes and eating them an hour later tastes sweet, haven't tried it as yet though, or if you live in the uk, cadburys freddo bars only 20p and 95 cals, all rubbish in them though but it satisfies my cravings. i'm following some of this advice today and see what works for me

hehe i took me till day 4 before i could do all of level 1 :( but carried on and was surprised how quickly i could do each level, now i'v nearly finished level 3, do what you can and you will see results - promise! don't give up though, its such a short workout, count to 5 when it's too much and carry on, good luck :smile:

& on the mountain climbers, you can 'step' with one foot at a time rather than the jump motion for an easier exercise
