special event coming up I sabotage any weight loss effects
Hi, like the tittle says if I have a special event coming up it's always been a cycle that I put on weight before the event - when I want to lose. I can't be the only one going through this, how did you get over it? I need to break this this year, any help? :flowerforyou:

anybody tried 'tone it up' nutrition plan?
I'v seen these girls on youtube, the website looks good too but it's expensive to join (even though it's a one off fee). I was wandering if anyone has any feedback from it, bearing in mind i'm obese and then some and really not clued up on nutrition. Thanks in advance :flowerforyou:

hi guys, in a book i'v recently purchased "the thyroid diet" by mary j shomon, it recommends not eating the calories back from exercise unless it's for an hours worth of exercise for weight loss. i know in here it is most definitely advised that you eat the calories back. what are your thoughts, experiences from that?…

how to get enough sodium?
