  • Haters gonna hate... Brush it off! It'll be okay. ;)
  • Oh, can I join?? I don't know if I'm doing this right or not, but here goes... Leela30: comment more on this month's challenge; eat at least 80g of protein a day Believeinmagic: To lose 13 pounds; eat more vegetables and do more strength training Meggonkgonk: To reach 133lbs; to run my 10k course at least 1x, Run my 4m run…
  • Try drinking <10 calorie drink mixes with your water. That's what I do because water literally makes me gag. Also, I recently read that sparkling water counts as water too.
  • Soda makes you bloat.
  • My intention was not to promote these types of diets, so just ignore what I said everyone if you don't want to listen to me. I'll stop posting anything related to it in this thread.
  • Two pieces of sushi and some grape drink!
  • I rarely throw up. I just eliminate food weight as fast as possible. As for thinness, I just want to get back to the body I had before, whether that means getting back to 120 or 150 because I was the same size between those weights.
  • It's too late, Atlantique. Now all I want to do is prove that I'm right, so I'm doing this. mrs_mouse, I don't feel healthy as it is. I cannot eat more than 1000 calories a day without finding a way to get all that food out of my body. I feel guilty for even eating a salad that's only 200 calories. No one really cares what…
  • "The first thing the body burns is protein, mainly because protein cannot be stored in the body. Proteins from alcohol are burned first followed by other proteins. These nutrients are dispersed in the bloodstream and any excess is channeled towards the excretory system to be removed from the body. Thus, you can rarely…
  • You're still not getting what I'm saying, but I'm tired of trying to explain it, as you probably are of it to me. Nomex, I experience ALL of that. You know what my doctors say? Not to worry about it. Do I have ****ty doctors? Maybe, but the reason why they say I'm not bulimic is because I'm not underweight.
  • No, it's typical for people who are bulimic to have previously been overweight. If they are overweight and suffer from purging episodes, they are EDNOS because their actions supposedly aren't a weight-related threat. If I purge, why am I diagnosed as EDNOS and not bulimic?
  • Okay, because I was talking about myself, not people in general. I'm not going to tell someone it's okay to go on a VLCD. I'd tell them to talk to their doctor about it to see if that's a reasonable option. Thanks.
  • Regardless of what these people say, there's nothing wrong with it, but you probably should go under that without doctor supervision and only if you're obese. Vitamins and supplements are your friends.
  • It's Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. And since you don't even know what it is, you obviously don't know who it applies to. If I were Bulimic, I would have be diagnosed with it a long time ago. kthx. You've seen one thing, I've seen another. You cannot tell me that I'm wrong based on what you've only seen, so don't…
  • Sounds kind of gross, but I love Sriracha sauce!
  • You must love to read a lot of blahblahblah. All I can say is, "YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!" ;P
  • You can't be obese and bulimic or anorexic. It's EDNOS.
  • GNC was out of stock, so hopefully they will have them on Thursday when I see my main doctor. If everything goes as planned, I'll start the challenge that day or sometime next week.
  • Online or in stores? I'll check the mall when I go up to my school to see if they have calipers.
  • Went to the university, only a man was there to measure me with calipers and he felt uncomfortable doing it, so he told me to come in later when a female was there. Also, they're only going to be available today this week, and another day next week. After that, they we'll be closed until the Fall. Went to my main…
  • I've felt this way too! You're not alone!
  • I didn't realize a doctor wasn't experienced. My bad. I was going to see if the university here had the hydrostatic weighing, but I thought calipers were the most accurate next to that to a very small percentage, so I don't see what's wrong with doing that. See, I live in a small town in Kansas, so I doubt we're going to…
  • I chopped off a few extra limbs I didn't really need and lost about 40 lbs. Other than that, just exercising everyday helps me either maintain or lose weight. Keeps my mind off bad food too.
  • Me being muscular would scare me, but for anyone else else that is happy for being that way, yey for them! ;D Toned is always hot though.
  • Twinkies are pretty gross. And I think carbs work against me more than fat does. My medication causes carb cravings, which I haven't had any problems with lately because I have more control over it now that I realize it is so, but I think that's why people gain weight while on this injection in the first place.
  • Okay, I will keep that bookmarked.
  • I must be a lean machine too, because the only places I could pull anything were the chest, bicep, and ab. Everything else is hard meat. But you said I only needed to get measured in 3 places, right? Edit: Oh, and the "suprailiac" I guess.
  • I hope so too.
