Thanks @KnitOrMiss! I will keep what you said in mind and allow my body to heal and adjust to this new way of life. Honestly, even though I have been eating what I think is too much, I'm staying under my "maintenance" calories for my weight. Before, when I was eating junk, processed food, I could easily eat that much in…

I definitely eat too much of anything, but since I started this way of eating I have stuck to keto foods. Last night for dinner I cooked a 12 or 14 oz steak and meant to just eat half. But it was so good and I wasn't feeling full and so I finished it. (I had a side of green beans and everything was slathered in butter)…

I have been running c25k and repeating week 1 a couple of times ... and I have nearly 200 lbs to lose. Just listen to your body and make sure to STRETCH a lot.

I started week 2 and realised that it is still just too hard to run for that period of time!! Granted, I had pneumonia and was nearly hospitalised the first week of June, and I don't feel I have fully recovered…

You are truly an inspiration! I have a ton of weight to lose, and the progress you've made in just 1 year is amazing! I have also started the c25k program, but I am having a hard time getting past week one!! I haven't been able to complete all of my runs in the first week of workouts, and I am scared of trying to go to…

I agree that it is something you need to do for yourself, and 'by' yourself, but support helps a lot. For instance, I don't have a workout partner. When I go outside to walk by myself, I feel embarrassed like everyone is looking at me saying 'Ha. Look at that fat woman pretending she exercises.' It's defeating. But I know…

It's good for you to split the pills in half and take one with breakfast and one with dinner. That way your vitamins are spread out so you don't pee as many out in one sitting, and the size is a lot more manageable!
