Wow, i made homemade vegetable beef soup and was really surprised by how low the calorie count was. Only 139 calories a serving. I paired it with cornbread and still got by with only around 400 calories.

Personally, i try not to eat "fake" food, so i stick with regular half and half, just limit the amount.

My husband has had a lot of joint surgeries in both knees and hips and his go-to exercises are swimming and biking. They're both great cardio but very low impact so perfect for joint pain. His mantra, and his doctor's, is to keep moving throughout life, because once you stop, you're done.
