Seattlite here. Go tanning, take a buttload of vitamin d, drink lots of herbal tea (find a flavour that is sweet to you), take up lifting or cardio routine. That's it.

You can get the crappy Amazon video thing for $5. I use it and it is fine. (Just crappy that you have to log in to Amazon to play it, the videos are great.)

Getting from zero to 5K is totally do-able in 4 weeks if you stay regimented and manage not to hurt yourself. If you *do* end up on the treadmill for your training, I suggest putting it at a small incline so when you do your out-doors 5K you won't be in for such a shock on the new terrain. 1-3% should suffice.

I use one old/raggedy underwire/lift/regular bra underneath a normal sports bra. It's made all the difference. Something about being pushed up and down and the same time just keeps it all in place.

black drip coffee 1/2 cup egg whites flavoured with sriacha & nanami togarashi and hot salsa dumped on top that works out to about 75cal. i hate big breakfasts so this is perfect for me. :)

30Day Shred is about the cost of a fancy Starbucks drink if you get it on Amazon Digital. I would call that no-risk. It's easy enough to get started (do the easy week with the mods if you need 'em) and hard enough to woop yr butt when you make gains. I heartily recommend.
