Well I have been keto for over a year and my exercise routine is actually less than when I was eating more carbs.

Today it looked like this - half a rotisserie chicken with sugar free bbq sauce, bratwurst sausage and a 3 egg and cheese omelet with pesto bianco(savory pork lard).

Loving my "fad diet". Carnivore keto geek reporting in. Plus an OMAD'er. WE are as crazy as people think we are. (yes, even the standard keto and 16:8 intermittent fasters think we Omad carnivore keto'ers are out of our minds.) But we look good. ;)

Yes, hard rules work for me. I had to look at my binging as an addiction to sweets. I never binged on proteins but I would on carbs. So the addiction model is how I approached my binge eating. It won't work for everyone, but I am glad it works for me.

Also update- past two days I haven't dropped. I have stabilized at the same weight. I have added a bit more fat as the protein I thought would help just wasn't doing it. Before on keto I got stomach upset on too much fat, but I was not very lean at the time. Now I am extremely lean and perhaps my body needs even more fat…

Yup in my case my hair grew so fast. And thick. You know how some people have a set point for weight? I think I had one for hair. It got long but slightly a bit more than halfway to my back but never more. It's down to my butt now!!!! Also my scalp psoriasis cleared up completely!

Athlete here. I did the yo-yo up and down. In fact I was on a recent podcast where it was apparent exercise wasn't helping me lose weight at all. this fact was featured and highlighted during the podcast. In fact many of my training pics I am a bit thick and it wasn't all muscle. I had to change the way I ate.

Dairy causes me to bloat. So except for a few pieces of hard cheese and 1 -2 tbls of butter( dose dependent for me. And i figured out through trial and error what works)i limit dairy. Keto friendly carbs sounds like a winner. I actually am already doing targeted keto right before my training sessions, but perhaps I should add some carbs right after as well. No longer personal train or powerlift. Switched to oly lifting and was getting disillusioned with the fitness industry. And like many people in the fitness industry, had my own personal demons. Back at nursing which is much healthier for me than working as a PT.

Forgot to answer your question about fiber... I dont incorporate it at all. In fact switching from standard keto to carnivore keto? No bloat at all. None. When i ate a standard american food pyramid diet? Bloat. Regular keto? Bloat diminished but still there. Carnivore keto ? Zero bloat.

(on a strength and volume cycle) Back squats 4x 8 first and then olympic lifting - 2 hang cleans and 1 power jerk x 4, 2 hang snatches x 4, 3x3 snatch pulls, 3x6 barbell push press. I do Omad but it was a transition. started off just 12:12 in April of 2018. By May/June i was 14:10. July 2018 to Feb 2019 I was 16:8. By march 2019 to MAY 2019 I would typically do 18 to 19 hrs fasted. By June i was 20 to 24 daily Omad.

egg omelet with garlic and 2 tbls of tahini, spread with Cured pork fat. I always eat this kind of omelet or a variation of. Shredded rotisserie chicken with sugar free G Huges BBQ sauce . Takes less than a few min to prepare.

Just did my first Olympic lifting competition on Saturday. So today was a deload week. Snatch singles x 5 sets, snatch pulls 3x3, usually I do a variation of an overhead press but today my coach let me do something fun. We decided on bench press 3 x 3. Finally I did a metcon of 8 pullups/15 knee to elbows x 3 rounds.
