Agreed! I am doing 5/3/1 too. Enjoy it. I was doing SS but I missed my kettlebells.. WIth 531 I can do do my lifts..it's super fun and I don't have to give up my kettlebells.

burpees! Actually I did 10 minutes of burpees a couple days ago..killed me..and love the on the minute burpee/kb swings crystalhenry mentioned! I do OTM kb swings for 15 and 20 min workouts. Maybe I'll combine them with burpees now. AWesome idea!

During my TOM I can go up as high as 5-7 lbs! So of course when I put my weight after TOM people think it's amazing I lost so much weight at once. Not really true.
