I have been running since last April and its great except when you have pain. I to get hip pain when I walk to fast on the treadmill. When I run it subsides a little bit. I don't know much about FitBit but I did just purchase the Polar Ft7 HRM and I love it! It calculates your calories burned based on your heart rate making it very accurate. I used it on my elliptical which is way off on calories and I had to guess all the time or use MFP. You can use it for any exersice to get your…

I use apps for my running and for my treadmill but my elliptical i'm lost. I did 60min and it said I burned 205 calories! Clearly this is very off. Mfp said it was 526 calories which seems to be more accurate. Anyone else use and elliptical that can let me know if this seems right?

I am having the same problem and don't know what to do. I am stuck at 129 so i did the recommend calculator and it says I should be at 1200 calories.
