Anyone working out to P90X - Lean?
I just got the P90X and I want to do the Lean section since its more cardio. Is anyone or has anyone done this? Just curious if I need to eat more calories...Im at 1500 now. Nutritionist bad advice? 1500 not losing!
I am getting so frustrated! I went to a nutritionist last week and she told me 1200 is too low and I should be at 1500 calories and burn 500 a day to lose 1 lb a week and DO NOT eat back exersise calories back in order to lose weekly. I did the 30 day shred not that long ago and I felt as if my thighs were getting bigger and bigger! I stopped after a week because my jeans were getting so tight. on 1500 calories and not losing a lb!
Hi, I am very frustrated! I was 129 all last summer and no rubbing thighs! I switched from 1500 cal to 1200 because I was stuck! After about 3 months I a gained 6lbs. How accurated is my new HRM? Sportsline duo i060
I just purchased this HRM yesterday and use it this morning. I am more confused now...my HRM said I burned 226 calories by walking/running for 47min. My Nike +ipod said I burned 354 caloies and MFP said 433 calories. I would assume that the heart rate monitor is probably the most accurete but is way off. Anyone have any…
