Thankyou so much, this is really helpful. I'm going to start today with the olive oil and avocado. I tend to cook fish in olive oil but might add something else to the side. Is it a good idea to eat say..peanut butter on rye bread after gym?

Mine's at 1200 but I don't eat that much, So try for 1400 for a week..see how you go and how much you eat, if it works for you..stick with it. If you eat a smaller amount, try 1200.

Yeah, I'm always under 1200 and im losing it so I dont know. I'm always full though and if Im not I have a light snack. I dont think Im starving myself.
