The calls form supplements are what we call "hidden calories." In my 25 years in sports medicine/performance enhancement I have had my athletes use almost zero supplements. If you pay attention to your dietary intake you will get what the supplement is supposed to offer and in a better tasting medium.

Be reasonable with your goals. Too many people set initial goals so high that they discourage themselves and give up. Take one day at a time, find a friend to exercise with (and join you here) and you will succeed.
