Hi! I am in the same boat while studying for law school exams. Pick up the Jilian MIchaels 30 day shred. It's 8.00 and a 20 minute workout. There are three levels. My co-workers and I have been doing it since the 1st and it's an awesome workout, especially when you are crunched on time. You just need 3-5lb weights and I would recommend a yoga mat.
