  • I'm not fond of cleaning but I do clean the doors and handles regularly, particularly the high traffic areas. I go overboard somewhat though and if I'm not happy with how clean they are I strip them and repaint, I did that to my kitchen wall a few months ago. I hate cleaning but i do love painting.
  • Why would it be an excuse? I think it's more an achievable goal for many people, how many have picked a weight which is borderline overweight as a goal but then reasses this when they meet that.
  • In Victoria, Australia it is illegal to smoke with a child in the car. It is enforceable the same way as talking on your mobile phone while driving or whatever, if the police see you you are done and it has been done! I think it's a fair enough call with the kids though, why should they have to breath that in.
  • I have heard morning before you have eaten is best but if I'm doing a spin class or jogging on an empty stomach I feel sick. Am curious to read your responses.
  • I wear the same clothes everyday but they also get washed after every session. I don't see the point in buying x amount of clothes when I'm still dropping sizes. I do rotate my runners each day though.
