  • Hi everyone im a newbie too. Always thought i eat quite well and not enough. Boy was i wrong. Sugar is my downfall. Only in tea and cereals but drinking 5-6 cups a day soon mounts up :( Hopefully i can lose that platto weight soon with this new site.
