I've actually made something like this several times and it's awesome. I love freezable meals I can just reheat. Beth from Budget Bytes also recently posted this gem: http://www.budgetbytes.com/2014/01/heat-eat-oatmeal/ I'll probably try it this week with all this cold weather -_-
