I'm doing the same - only tracking miles that I walk or run, not aerobics classes, or running errands, or walking around at work. Just a personal take on it, but I wanted to challenge myself to ADD 100miles to my month :)

Ugh, cranky this morning, let PMS get the better of my control last night and had an ice cream cone, and then a bowl of chips with some dip! Trying to focus on the positive side - that I didn't eat the whole bag of chips haha - but still rotted with myself!!!!!

Another walk done this morning - I gotta say I love having that lil Halloween ticker to track my miles :) I love changing it ! LOL! One of these days I'm going to wear my pedometer to the restaurant and see how many miles I walk waitressing!!! (Not going to log it, just out of curiosity)

Ok so I have a couple of ridiculous questions, LOL ! I think I am right in saying that my weight loss ticker, made here on MFP, will change as I lose weight??? I got a pedometer last night at WalMart for $7 !! It measures both steps, and distance - yay!!!! :) I still haven't figured out how to "friend" people, but if you add me, I do know how to accept :) haha Happy Friday!
