  • Sounds a lot like me, I would love to be your friend! :)
  • I have a friend who went on a low carb diet and she lost almost 15 pounds but then she stopped. It's just sticking to it and most people now-a-days are too lazy to keep with a diet for an extended amount of time. (P.S not saying anything bad about my friend, I get lazy and go back and forth with this program myself.)
  • It depends on what I feel like. Both the morning and night times are great for burning calories (or so I've heard) and most of the time I work out at night. Running at night is really fun, it's beautiful, and I always end up running more after I've had a whole day to wake up :)
  • I used to have that problem too. I work at a Wendy's (and hate salad) so I don't really have a lot of healthy choices for dinner on nights that I work. But I did discover that if you put your dinner in during the day, you can plan the rest of your meals around that. It helps a ton!!!! The only problem is sticking to it…
  • Excercise will help a bunch. If you go walking for a couple hours (Maybe go window shopping or something) you burn quite a few calories. If you have a job that allows you to walk around do so as much as possible. That's how I do most of my stuff. And don't worry :) I had a total DAY where all I did was pig out and I ended…
